I feel strongly I need to write a review about this place to boost its deserved rating. I looked through some of the ratings all about slowness, and noticed they were all in 2023. Maybe something changed since then. I ordered 3 subs through the mobile order, every sub with specialized request since my kids are very particular about subs. The order was ready for pick up in just 10 minutes, just the right amount of time for me to drive there and pick it up. When I picked them up, I noticed that each sub was nicely wrapped and correctly labeled (because we ordered two same sub but with slightly different ingredients). They did a fantastic job here so we don't have to peel it open to see which one is which one. The taste of the sub was spot on, and amazingly they did EVERY of the ingredients we asked for correctly, not one more, not one less. What else could you ask from a subway store? I wouldn't expect the same level of service even from a fancy restaurant.
Highly underrated. Got an Italian sub with all the fixings. Pradeep was an excellent sandwich artist. Made me feel very comfortable.
They are no longer near Safeway. They moved to 521 North Lake under new management. Kinda of hidden so you need to look closely to find it.
I was looking forward to getting some lunch at Safeway, however, the deli wasn't stocked with lunch items yet, so I headed over to subway. Being from hawaii, I was pretty excited to see that the same subway sandwiches I could get at home were less expensive here (#hawaiiproblems). I had no problems with ordering my sandwich and the one girl working made me feel welcome. The sandwich was good although the cucumbers looked a little wilted and sad. It's ok, I just pulled them out if my sandwich. This is a subway, after reading other reviews on this particular establishment, I think it's good to keep in mind that it's a quite secluded subway. Idk how "fresh" the ingredients are or how long they keep their tuna out, but you get what you pay for. If you want a gourmet sandwich, try elsewhere.
